Essence 'O' Beauty (EOB) began with the thought of wanting to provide individuals with quality professional Photography--from a family perspective--at an affordable price.  Since its conception in 2013, EOB has grown to include other services such as: Design, Fashion, and Business Consultation.

          Essence 'O' Beauty was begun when a young lady, with a Bachelors in Business & a Master's in Counseling, married a young man who was working on a degree in photography.  This young man was already doing photography for the military, religious organizations, and weddings; however, he was doing them for no charge.  After some discussion, the two agreed that she should begin a photography business due to her background and experience in business.  After brainstorming and discussion with her husband concerning why he began doing photography and the concept she had for the business she came up with the name EssenceOBeauty.

 

• Essence (as defined by the Merriam-Webster online dictionary) is "the most significant element, quality, or aspect of a thing or person."  It is also, "The basic nature of a thing: the quality or qualities that make a thing what it is."

 

• Beauty (as defined by the Merriam-Webster online dictionary) is "the qualities in a person or thing that gives pleasure to he senses or the mind."

 

• Quality (defined by the Merriam-Webster online dictionary) is "a high level of value or degree of excellence"

 

With this knowledge, one can easily see that the objective of Essence 'O' Beauty is to: "Capture the most significant parts of a moment in time and life (person, place, thing, event) that illustrates the highest degree of excellence."

 

        This is embodied in the three slogans of EOB:
