Business Coaching

 

     Professionally trained coach with a background in small business issues who oversees, assists and guides business owners in developing, starting, and growing businesses. The Business Coach helps clarify business goals and objectives and helps develop the skills and acquire the resources needed to operate a successful enterprise.

 

     Your Business Coach will meet with you on a regular basis, either in person or over the telephone, to discuss the current and future business and life issues you are facing. This structure keeps you and your business on the track you have set —

continuously moving forward toward your goals and objectives. The results are that you experience clarity of what success means to you.  You also gain what you need to achieve the success you desire, aspire for, and have set your goals and objectives to achieve and accomplish.

Event Marketing

 

Professional(s) working on site of an event where public exposure of a product or service is possible. This allows the professional(s) to meet with members of the public at the event and provide the marketing event specialist(s) the opportunity to develop one-to-one relationships with consumers and market the most important, useful, and valuable qualities of the product.

The professional(s) also develop schedules and plans for various events and develops marketing booths for various events throughout the year(s) as well as advises other event marketing team members through the construction and development of marketing booths.  The Event Marketer(s) then evaluates the overall processes and responses and collects and compiles this data to determine the effectiveness of their campaigns.

Business Management
 

Business managers are responsible for overseeing and supervising a company's activities and employees. Some businesses rely on the business manager to keep workers aligned with the goals of the company.  Business Managers may also oversee other business functions such as personnel, supply, procurement, and administrative services.

​Training & Development

 

Training and development officers are responsible for identifying staff training and planning, organizing, creating, developing, implementing, and overseeing appropriate training needs.  These officers are also responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers.

 

Training and development officers play an important role in their company’s human resources department.  They set performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.

 

       They also plan and administer programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet the organization's business objectives. Depending on the size and structure of the HR department, they may deliver training themselves or supervise a team of instructors.

​Public Relations

 

     Professionals responsible for the public relations initiatives within a company in order to get the name of the product and service out to the public so they can see, hear, and know about it.  They also create, manage, and implement PR campaigns with the goal of enriching a company's position within the public eye. The professional(s) also maintains strong relationships with media represemtatives to gain ‘fame’ for what is being worked on and works with the media to get a favorable message out to the public & private sectors.

Professional(s) responsible for planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals as well as developing and presenting strategic marketing recommendations.

These professionals also conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness

Strategist planners are the foundation of any creative project, and provides the team(s) with information gleaned from studying markets for relevant data. Strategist planners also establish what direction & destination a particular plan(s) will take a client.
